Balanced Scorecard

We help the client to develop a management process to monitor their strategic direction. This process includes an annual self-assessment and regular management review sessions. See this link for a sample management process.

In René's tenure with Governor Locke, she worked with Bob Kaplan of Harvard Business School to adapt his Balanced Scorecard for use in the Public Sector. This link illustrates the modified Public Sector Scorecard.

Implementing Baldrige

Our consultants all have had extensive experience using, teaching, and implementing the Baldrige criteria. We have served as Baldrige and Washington State Quality Award Examiners. We have provided basic training for executives and staff on the principles of Total Quality and the Baldrige. See this link for a sample 2 hour workshop.

Organizational Improvement

We have facilitated numerous organizations in finding ways to be more efficient and effective in delivering services to their customers.
